"Our first meeting with Mark O’Shea was over 10 years ago, when I purchased an extra rental property in Golden Square Bendigo. At that time, Mark was working for a well-known Real estate company in the local area. Even back then we were both impressed with the way Mark conducted the purchase of that rental property. Go forward to 2017 and my wife and I decide to sell off one of our rental properties in Bendigo. Because of previous dealings with Mark we decided to give exclusive rights to Mark in dealing with the sale for this property. Mark had since our last dealings with him had started his own company “Bendigo Best Agents”. He explained what he would do in selling my property, the costs we would be up for; everything up front which we were happy to agree to. Marks greatest asset to us as sellers was to keep us informed every step along the way whilst the property was up for sale. Every open day he would give a detailed account of who had been through etc. within 30 minutes of the closing. The property sold through Mark in January 2018 in what I would say a depressed market state, and only after 8 weeks of having placed it on the market. Marks greatest strength to us was his honesty in keeping us informed right through the entire sale with continual information pertaining to the sale considering the distance between us was nearly 1000 kilometres it made no difference as we were kept informed continually.
